Meets Mondays 7:30pm over video

Are you learning to get comfortable with your feelings in recovery? Maybe for the first time ever?

Feelings are actually our biological GPS system. So stop avoiding them and letting them sabotage you! It’s essential to learn how to understand and accept them, so you can use them to understand yourself and start making better choices, and enjoying better relationships.

Led by Emily Sussman, LCSW, the Emotional Sobriety Group will give you the tools and support you’ll need to start identifying, understanding, and responding in a healthy way to your feelings… and to develop awesome communication skills and a better understanding of who you are…. so you can create a life you love!
