Life After Sobriety Group

This group is open and ongoing

Sundays 3:30 – 5:00pm (Co-ed)

The good news is that you are not your addiction.

But you do need support from other people to overcome it.

Sure, you can try to get sober on your own. But the problem with doing it alone is that any changes you make will only be temporary… because your thinking hasn’t changed one bit.

Real recovery means building trust and connection with other people.

Whether we like it or not, being human means getting the support and affirmation of others. Not only does it feel good, it helps us feel good about ourselves.

How could we stay sober otherwise?

Please note that these are therapeutic (process) groups, not 12-Step meetings.

Please call Emily at (574) 339-6313 if you’d like to hear more about how the Life After Sobriety Group could help you.
